The program we are using is cloud based.
In plain terms we must have the internet connected,
for this program to work. If you are hotspotting your
Mobile phone to get the internet, and you receive a call
or make a call the internet can drop out. This will
cause this error.
We are checking if the internet is connected the whole
time the program is running.
Please try to find a uninterrupted time when entering data.
The DropBox process starts automatically when you turn on your Laptop. This process can take some time to load fully, depending on the speed of your laptop. We must have this process running so the program works without errors. Please close this website and run the program again when you see the the Dropbox Icon. See below. If the icon never appears please restart the laptop.
The DropBox icon on the bottom right of your screen will tell
us if everything to up to date.
Please move your mouse over to the symbol as shown in
the picture to the left.
It is very inportant that this shows Up to date.
